From the G.I Joe cartoon series, G.I Joe a real american hero (25 years anniversary) by Hasbro.

GENERAL [Code name: G.I. Joe Hawk]. Real name Clayton M. Abernathy. He's the original field commander for the G.I Joe team before he got his General's star. He's the type of commander who goes out and gets shot at like anyone else. Troops respect that and they are willing to do anything Hawk tells them.
